www.changethisplanet.com is an intiative of several people who feel that the way this planet is looking right now is just not acceptable.
We feel that something needs to be done.
And we feel that we can't afford to wait.
There are dozens and dozens of "help the world" type sites out there, who want you to donate to good causes, or write letters to politicians, or be careful how much water and electricity you spend each day. Those are wonderful sites, and we applaud their intention to make a difference in the world, and to incite and enable others to do so.
However, we are not like them. We are not focused on the environment, or on resources, or on starving children, or on religions, or on nature. We think the planet as a whole is a mess. And what's more, we think we can fix it.
Do you think, after looking through this site, that the planet could use some changing? Then put a ticky in the box at the bottom of this page.
No, putting a ticky in this box will not change this planet. But it may show others that they are not alone in their desire to get something done. And in doing so, you make a promise to yourself to go out and intentionally make changes in the world around you. Big ones, little ones, it doesn't matter.
